Successful Fear of Crime Events

Over 500 people attended AGEnda’s
Fear of Crime events last week. Events were held in
Newtownards, Holywood, Bangor, Comber & Portaferry.
Each event provided tips, advice, contact numbers and an
opportunity to meet the PSNI, NI Fire & Rescue Service and
many others to learn about home safety. The focus of the
project was on how to deal with bogus callers to the house,
nuisance calls and scams by post, phone or online.
