AGEnda is a limited company by guarantee which has been in existence for 33 years.

The organisation was originally called Age Concern North Down.  A certificate of incorporation on the change of name took place on 22nd June 2010 to change the name to AGE north down & ards (AGEnda). AGEnda  has progressively developed its capabilities and reputation throughout the North Down and Ards areas, covering both urban and rural situations.

Together with a strong committed team of volunteers and staff with sound financial management, these provide a platform to progress its strategy.
